Long-term solar lease · Businesses

Your energy
without tying up
your capital.

Solar Rent finances, installs and monitors your solar plant. You retain your investment capacity for your business while reducing your exposure to CEB rate increases.

What long-term leasing changes

Tangible
benefits.

Solar Rent finances, installs and maintains the system; your company uses the energy produced on-site. The rent, maintenance services and responsibilities are defined in the contract. Estimated production and savings must be confirmed based on your CEB consumption, your roof and the chosen system sizing.
01
Rs

No upfront purchase of equipment

The plant, battery and inverter are not purchased by your company at start-up. Rental terms are specified in the contract.

02
✓

A contractually agreed rent

The amount and evolution of the rent are known in advance, with increases capped at +6% per year maximum according to the contract terms.

03
⚙

Maintenance and replacement included

Maintenance, after-sales service and equipment replacement are included during the rental, according to contractual conditions.

04
☀

Reduce part of your CEB bill

Self-consumed solar energy replaces part of the kWh purchased from CEB. Results depend on your usage, the site and the sizing.

The choice of responsibility

Buy the equipment
or lease the service.

The difference is not limited to the payment method. It determines who finances, maintains, replaces and manages end-of-life for equipment, notably batteries.

Traditional purchase

You also assume the responsibilities.

  • Capital committed before the first kWh are produced
  • Panels, inverter and battery to maintain then replace
  • Performance degradation and downtime to manage
  • End of life: collection, treatment and recycling of the battery to be organized
Solar Rent · Long-term lease

You lease an energy service.

  • No initial purchase of the plant and battery
  • Rent and evolution defined in the contract
  • Maintenance, SAV and replacement included during the lease
  • At the end of the lease, take-back or renewal provided for in the contract
